Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Concord, Arkansas.

Shipping cost

• Flat rate: $5.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over $49.00.

You see the shipping cost in your cart before you pay.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, except US holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. We use major US carriers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. You can also check your order at any time with the link in your order confirmation email.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address before you pay. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you. Sending it again may cost extra.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number (and photos if it is damaged) to hello@flashmarketconcord.com. We will help with a replacement, a refund or a claim with the carrier.

Wholesale orders

Shipping for wholesale orders is agreed separately.
