30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Items we can't take back

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened food, drinks, supplements, personal care items, or pet food and treats. This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@flashmarketconcord.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
3. Pack the items safely and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return shipping

If the return is because of our mistake (damaged, faulty or wrong item), we pay for return shipping. In all other cases you pay for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 business days after we receive and check your return. PayPal or your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. After it ships, this return policy applies.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders follow the terms agreed with your wholesale account.
