Who we are
Flash Market Concord is operated by Virk Inc. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our store and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give it) and what you buy.
- Payment: you pay through PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. PayPal tells us whether the payment went through and gives us a transaction reference.
- Wholesale applications: your business name and contact details.
- Messages you send us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the store needs to work:
- a cart cookie that remembers what is in your cart;
- a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the store admin.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your order, and to send order emails (confirmation, shipping and cancellation).
- To review wholesale applications.
- To prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires (for example for tax and accounting).
We don't send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, and only with:
- PayPal, to take your payment;
- our hosting, database and email delivery providers, to run the store and send order emails;
- a sales tax service, to calculate tax for your address;
- shipping carriers, to deliver your order;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. We delete or anonymize other information when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@flashmarketconcord.com. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
